What the Court ordered

We are of the opinion that the amount of compensation ' • for the lands acquired in this matter arrived at by the High Court, that is, Rs.240/- per sq. mtr. for non-agricultural land and Rs.160/- sq. mtr for agricultural land does not warrant any interference on our part.
