What the Court ordered
We hold that Shri c Ashok Darbari has not exhibited any improper behaviour and all the charges levelled against him are baseless and there is not even prima facie proof of misbehaviour on the part of Shri Ashok Darbari, Chairman of the Public Service Commission.
