What the Court ordered
For the reasons stated above, we are of the consid ered opinion that the evidence led by the prosecution in regard E to the involvement of A-1 in the death of Jagadeshwari is not proved beyond reasonable doubts by the prosecution, hence, the High Court was in error in basing conviction of A-1 on weak and slender evidence appearing against him.
