What the Court ordered
In view of the aforesaid two decisions of this Court, as noted herein earlier, which extensively dealt with the require- ment to the post of Professor in the University, we need not dwell in depth and in detail any further and therefore, we must hold G that the appellant had satisfied the qualifications required for appointment to the post of Professor in the University.
