We hold that a High Court has no power, authority or jurisdiction to transfer a case, appeal or other proceeding pend- ing in a Court subordinate to it to any Court subordinate to an- other High Court in purported exercise of power under sub-sec- ;. 4 tion (3) of Section 23 of the Code and it is only this Court which D can exercise the said authority under Section 25 of the Code.
