What the Court ordered
In view of the aforesaid, the arrears of rent, as noted herein earlier in our interim order dated 10th of September, 2007, shall be calculated not at the rate of Rs. 600/- per month but at the rate of Rs. 1600/- per month, which shall 3 be deposited or paid by the appellant within three months from the date of receiving a copy of this order.
