Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985: s.37(l)(b)(ii) Grant of bail-Consideration for-Held : Court required to consider if there were reasonable grounds for believing that accused is not guilty and that he is not likely to commit any offence while on bail-But not to record any finding that accused is not guilty.
