What the Court ordered
We are of the view that on remand, the learned Judges of the Division Bench have considered the entire matter afresh and came to the conclusion that the reasons recorded in the said Judgment and that the B sustainability of the claims of the contractor need not be considered in these appeals and equally the Board is also not entitled to any decree on the basis of the Award for the reasons given in the said Judgment.
