What the Court ordered
We hold that the entire action was taken in good faith and there is no substantial material to arrive at a conclusion that the abolition of the post was due to F revenge against the respondent herein. ( 17) In the light of the above discussion, we are unable to accept the conclusion arrived at by the High Court and we are in agreement with the decision taken by the Bureau and the Government.
