In view of the aforesaid two decisions of this Court, as noted herein earlier, which extensively dealt with the requirement to the post of Professor in the University, we need not dwell in depth and in detail any further and therefore, we must hold that the appellant had satisfied the qualifications required for appointment to the post of Professor in 23 the University.
