What the Court ordered
In the result, we direct that 24 applicants, who are stated to have applied pursuant to publication of advertisement on 17.6.2006, shall be subjected to a fresh merit-assessment test, to be conducted by the Head of the Department of Dentistry of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences.
