We are of the view that the appellant cannot be permitted to get the benefit of her continued service as a temporary teacher, when, admittedly, the post was reserved for ST/DT and NT candidates and when statutory rules do not permit the authorities to appoint a candidate as a permanent teacher of the school from the general category.
