What the Court ordered
In view of the above, we order that the respondent shall refund the entire amount of Rs. 57,45,763.22 (Rupees fifty seven lacs forty five thousand seven hundred sixty three and paise twenty two only) D deposited by the applicant with interest @ 12% per annum from the date of filing of the present Compensation Application till the date of refund.
