What the Court ordered
We are of the view that the directions given by the learned Tribunal are reasonable and should be allowed to stand as against the directions given G by the High Court, firstly to treat the said 153 workmen at par with the regular employees and thereafter to treat their services as having been notionally regularized from I st May, I.
