What the Court ordered
We are of the opinion that there was no such fatal delay in lodging the FIR. We agree with the view taken by the High Court and the Trial Court that the accused had committed murder of deceased Bal Krishna Mishra after E overpowering him in furtherance of their common intention on 26.8. 1998 at 4 p,m.
