We are of the view that the decisions in Banwari Lal and Shakuntala Gupta cover these appeals against the appellants, we do not consider it necessary to deal with the contention that due to non-compliance G of sub-section (3A) of Section 17 of the Act, the ent!re acquisition proceedings were vitiated.
