For the aforesaid reasons I fully agree with the conclusion reached· by learned.Brother Mohapatra J. that the tenant as the appellant having expressed his desire to deliver the vacant possession of the suit property, the same C should be directed to be delivered to the paramount lessor represented by L &DO within two weeks from the date of this order.
