What the Court ordered
We hold that the expression 'unauthorised occupation' within the meaning of Section 2(t) of the Act would embrace within its ambit the case of licensee as well after expiry of the period of licence or upon its determination for any reason whatsoever, B as such the Estate Officer was quite justified in initiating proceeding under the Act and passing eviction order therein.
