What the Court ordered
For the reasons stated above, except for the modification made in F respect of the charge under Section 376, IPC, we see no reason to interfere with the judgment of the High Court, in other respects pertaining to the charges under Sections 302 and 392, IPC, and the appeal relating to the same is dismissed.
