What the Court ordered
We hold that the merits ot the HCMS candidates are required to be adjudged in terms of the criteria contained in the Government orders noticed above and the selections can be made for admission against the reserved seats, as per the determination of merit by the Selection Committee constituted for the purpose . The next question to be considered is about the relief which may be granted in these appeals.
