Rule 5 read with Industrial Disputes Act, 1947-Section 2(oo) & 25F- "' •' Scope and effect of-Services of respondent No. I terminated on April 29, c 1966 as he had not completed 240 days of continuous service for one calendar year viz. April 1, 1965 to April 29, 1966-Held, termination was violative of Section 25F of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and therefore the termination was null and void-Respondent reinstated in service with continuity of service and consequential benefits including increments and revisions of time
