In view of the aforesaid discussion, it therefore, becomes clear that once seats in post-graduate medical courses are reserved for SC, ST and OBC candidates as per Article 15(4) of the Constitution the question as to how admission to limited number of general seats and reserved seats are to be regulated, will remain in the domain of the State authorities running these B institutions.
