What the Court ordered
For the aforesaid reasons though we deprecate the situation which was brought in by the University which created a situation for special stipulation, deviating from the normal mode, but in view of what we have said above we D uphold appellants appointments as Lecturers, Accordingly all the three appeals are allowed with the aforesaid observations.
