In the result, we enhance the sentence of imprisonment from 5 years as awarded by the Designated Court, to 10 years for all the for accused A-1 C Subhash Singh Thakur, A-2 Jayendra Thakur @ Bhai Thakur, A-3 Shyam Kishore Garikapati and A-4 Chandrakant Patil.
