JUDGMENT: J U M N T NANAVATI J This appeal arises out of the judgment and order passed by the High Court of Karnataka in Criminal appeal No.85/91. The High Court confirmed the conviction of the appellant under Section 498- IPC, set aside his conviction under Section 302 IPC and convicted him under Section 304- IPC. The order of sentence was also modified.
