We are of the considered view that Criminal Appea! Nos. 715-716of1997 filed by Sheo Ram (A-2) and Harish (A-4) as well as D Criminal appeal Nos. 717-720of1997 filed by Shyam Manohar (A-1), Suresh (A-13), Prakash (A-8) and Ravindra (A-5) are without any merit and they are consequently dismissed.
