What the Court ordered
In view of the aforesaid conclusion of ours we would hold that those of the Certificates of Registration granted to the petitioner in respect of any formulations F namely BHC 10% DP and BHC 50% WP, the order of the Central Government cancelling Certificate of Registration is well within the juris diction and there is no legal infirmity in the same.
