What the Court ordered
We are of the opinion that the prosecution in this case has established by oral evidence that the incident has actually occurred at about 9.30 a.m. and we find no reason why we should disbelieve the oral evidence in this regard especially because of the evidence of the independent injured witness like PW-11 and other two independent witnesses PWs 4 and 12 in regard to the timing of the incident.
