We are of the opinion that the prosecution has proved beyond doubt that about 25 to 30 Muslim boys had formed as unlawful assembly and the said unlawful assembly had caused D injuries to Rajaram, Sridhar, Praveen and death of Harish in prosecution of their common object of beating and killing Hindus.
