What the Court ordered

We are of the opinion that the impugned disciplinary actions and the judgment of the High Court can be sustained without reference to Section 34 of the Road F Transport Corporation Act, 1950 which empowers the State Government to give directions to a Corporation established under the Act, inter alia, \Vith respect to recruitment and conditions of service of the employees of the corporation.
