What the Court ordered
We hold that the Central Government is empowered to nominate five persons under Section 4( e ), as indicated above and the persons would be members of the supreme body of the AIIMS. Conse quently, the Central Government is also empowered to nominate the D Minister as Chairman as was done earlier.
