In view of the aforesaid discussion, we do not find any error to have been committed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate in taking con- G gnizance of the complaint filed by respondent No. 1 under Section 332 read with Section 461 of th.e Act against the appellant since it is not disputed that the complaint had been filed in the manner prescribed by the Act.
