In view of the aforesaid findings of the Lower Appellate Court which could not be assailed before us by the learned counsel for the appellant, it is not for this Court to interfere with the decision of the Lower Appellate D Court which has been confirmed by the High Court in Second Appeal in exercising power under Article 136 of the Constitution.
