Company Law-S 396-Winding up proceedings-Efforts of the Court to revive and rehabilitate the industry zmsuccessful-Directions for resuming the Winding up proceedings issued. Rohtas Industries situated in the State of Bihar, and its associate companies were engaged in producing cement, paper- board, asbestos etc. In 1984 the company closed down thus rendering about 10,000 workmen unemployed. winding up petition was filed before the Patna High Court whereupon a Provisional Liquidator was appointed. c The workers filed a writ petition before this Court, during the pen dericy of the company
