We are of the considered view that the finding of Anant Singh, J. deserves to be upheld as that based on a correct apprecia­ tion of evidence in the suit rendered taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances attending the act of giving possession of the said two rooms by D harmarth Department to Sikh Community now represented by the defendants.
