The appellants who are government servants were arrested for rais ing slogans like 'Khalistan Zindabad', 'Raj Karega Khalsa', and Hinduan Nun Punjab wi Chon Kadh Ke Chhadange Hun Manka Aya Hai Raj Kayam Karan Da' on the day Smt.
