JUDGMENT: J U M N T N.P. SINGH. J This appeal has been filed against the order of the High Court by which the appeal filed on behalf of the plaintiffs - respondents (hereinafter referred to as the ’respondents’) was allowed. The High Court set aside the judgment of the Court of Appeal, and restored that of the Trial Court. The respondents filed the suit in question for partition of the land specified in the plaint on 10.4.1974. petition under Order 1 Rule 8 of the Code of Civil Procedure was also filed.…
