In the result, we allow these appeals set aside the judgments of the Chief Judge of Small Causes Court at Bombay and of the High Court of Bombay appealed against, and remit the cases to the Court of the Chief C Judge of Small Causes Court at Bombay for deciding them according to the directions contained and indications given in this judgment, after hearing parties or their counsel.
