What the Court ordered
For the aforesaid reasons, we partly allow the appeals and set aside the impugned ju dgment to the extent it directs that the employees of the subordinate courts are entitled fo r the same scale of pay as was being drawn by the Secretariat employees in the same or equiv alent post from time to time from 1969.
