For the above reasons, we allow these appeals and set aside the H • SUPREME COURT REPORTS (1993) 1 S.C.R. A impugned orders of the Division Bench and remit the matters to the Division Bench for answering the other contentions which arose in the appeal before it but which were not decided in view of its decision on the question of registration of the award.
