In the result, we treat these Special Leave Petitions as cross-objec­ tions under Order 41 Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure against the award of the Arbitrator for the limited purposes of setting aside that part of the award relating to solatium at the rate of 15% and interest at the rate of 6%.
