What the Court ordered

For the reasons stated above the appeal is accepted; the judgment E and order of the High Court dated 11th October, 1991 is set aside and that of the trial court dated 14th August, 1991 is restored and the application of the borrower/plaintiff for interim injunction against the lenders is dis­ missed with costs.
