JUDGMENT: ORDER 1. Special leave granted. 2. We have heard learned counsel for the appellants as well as the State of Madhya Pradesh. We have also before us the learned counsel for the original complainant. The trial court had acquitted the appellants but the High Court convicted them under Section 307 IPC and sentenced them to rigorous imprisonment for three years.
