The prosecution case was that the two deceased persons visited P.W .3 to mourn the death of her husband. They were staying with P.W.1, their relation, at P.W .3's village. On the morning of the date of occurrence, the deceased persons again went to the house of P.W .3 and after taking tea at her place, they left for the bus stand.
