What the Court ordered
We are of the opinion that the ratio between the two cadres should be 331/ 3 : 66 2/ 3 %. We, therefore, commend to the respondents to increase the strength of the cadre of Compositor Grade-I 'highly skilled' to 33'/3 per cent with effect from April l, 1992.
