What the Court ordered
We hold that the appellant's seniority over respondents Nos. 3 to 7 as was obtaining before 31st December, 1987 when the provisional seniority list was published shall be restored and he shall be shown to be senior to respondents Nos. 3 to 7 by correcting the impugned final seniority C list.
