What the Court ordered

We hold that all promotions of Junior Engineers (re- designated as Assistant Executive Engineers) to the next higher post of Assistant Engineers (re-designated as Depµty Executive Engineers) have to be made on the basis of the zonal seniority lists as indicated above and not on the basis of the Statewide seniority list of Junior Engineers.
