What the Court ordered
Before parting with these petitions, we cannot help observ- ing that although the issues raised in all these petitions were set at rest Cl by this Court conclusively earlier, the petitioners thought it necessary to tax the precious time of the Court by approaching it once again on grounds which were least justified.
