What the Court ordered
In the result we allow this appeal, set aside the order of the High t) Court and quash the impugned order of dismissal dated April 7, 1981 and direct that the appellant shall be re-instated in service forthwith with all monetary benefits as to pay, allowances, etc., available to him from the date of his dismissal.
