We hold that Ananta Kumar Bose's case (supra) is the binding decision as approved by this Court on the important questions dealt therein and the foundation laid concerning integration of both the services of O.A.S. II and O.S.A.S. III as merged in 0.A.S. II and we decline to unsettle a settled position in the interest of the service.
